Yes, we offer full-service packing, partial packing, or just moving if you prefer to pack yourself. We bring all packing materials and handle fragile items with extra care.
3. Are my belongings insured during the move?
Absolutely. Every move includes basic coverage at no additional cost. If you need full replacement value coverage, we can assist with third-party insurance options for added peace of mind.
4. How do you protect furniture and fragile items?
We wrap all furniture in padded blankets, secure fragile items in boxes with proper cushioning, and use straps and dollies to prevent shifting during transport.
5. Do you offer storage options if my new home isn’t ready?
Yes. We offer short-term and long-term storage solutions in secure, climate-controlled facilities. We’ll move your items in and out when you're ready.
6. What happens if something gets damaged during the move?
In the rare event of damage, we’ll document it immediately and work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by our service.
7. Can I hire you for labor-only services (no truck)?
Yes. If you have your own truck, trailer, or container, we can provide professional movers to handle the heavy lifting, loading, or in-home furniture rearranging.
8. Do you handle large items like pianos or safes?
We do. Large or specialty items require extra care and equipment, and we’ll make sure they’re moved safely. Let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
9. How do you calculate moving costs — hourly or flat rate?
Most local moves are charged hourly based on crew size and scope of work. For larger moves or long distances, we provide customized flat-rate quotes after an assessment to ensure transparency.
10. Do you offer business and office moving services?
Yes. We specialize in commercial relocations, including office furniture, equipment, and files. We’ll work around your business hours to minimize downtime.
